I saw my GP again today, having been told I was anaemic in August but having had no follow up from them.

Obviously, as ever it was a different doctor so had to go through everything again. They are going to do blood tests for Full Blood Count, Ferritin, Renal Profile, Liver Function, HbA1c (blood sugar) and Thyroid. But this will only be for TSH and T4. When I mentioned issues with conversion from T4 to T3 I was told that testing the T4 would show if there were any issues with conversion. I said that it wouldn't because T4 converts to T3, not the other way around. I don't think the GP quite believed me! How can I possibly get anywhere with this stuff if they don't even know the basics? Every visit to the GP feels like banging my head against a brick wall...
I'm still knackered, tinnitus is driving me mad, and all I want to do is sleep!
