Not too bad I have severe fatigue but I work 2am to 10:30 am and Im getting more testing on my heart as my Cat Scan showed coronary artery disease and my EKG came back abnormal Im getting a cardiac ultrsound tomorrow and a stress test ( friday ) my Dr thinks my heart issues could be causing the fatigue.

Could be higher. perhaps, difficult to tell as we are all individuals. Hopefully getting vitamins and minerals sorted will help decide. An increase in thyroid medication might help other problems, but low nutrients hinder its absorption. Catch 22!

Why is B12 so much over range? Are you supplementing with B12 only, or a complex? B12 on its own isn't good apparently.

Ferritin is very low, almost at bottom of range. Yes you need supplementing, and should definitely see an improvement.

Why didn't they give a proper range for folate? Impossible to tell if it's high enough.

I'm not an expert, but have learned a lot from being here. Hopefully others will add more information.

My B12 has been so high but they say no worries because you pee it out. Folate they want over 5.4 and I am at 20 so its really good. I am doing a B Complex. I have been taking Naturethroid for about 5 weeks and my FT3 came up from 2.6 so I am hoping it comes up a bit more. I am taking iron to bring my Ferratin up.

My first thought was there is still some room for improvement but I think best to get your vits etc addressed and then review. Be aware though it can take time for changes to happen.so don’t think it’s never going to happen.

Im definately happy that I feel better than did. Im hoping with heart issues getting resolved sooner than later I can get the rest of my Thyroid bloods in check.
