Hi all just had my get ready for winter medichecks bloods done, results are below. This test was taken 24hrs after my last dose of T4 and T3 I remember someone saying that as the last dose of T3 was 24hrs prior I need to add a percentage to get an accurate result? I'm really pleased the antibodies have come down from being in the 1000s could you experienced lovely people cast an eye over results any advice welcome

TSH 0.04 - (0.27-4.2)

T4 19.4 -(12-22)

T3 4.48 - (3.1-6.8)

TGAB 103 < 115

TPO 69.9 <34

Vit D 120 - (50-175)

B12 121 - (37.5-188)

Folate 15.75 - (>3.89)

Ferritin 127 - (15-150)

I’m no expert but I’d personally be really chuffed with those results, esp if, as you say, your last dose of T3 was 24 hours prior to the test.

The big question is, how are you feeling?

Hi Kipsy thank you for replying I feel well, I still have to watch my exercise levels but ithery than that I feel I'm functioning well, I had some stomach issues soreness in my guts but I've got back on high dose probiotics and it seems to have cleared up, how are you? X

That’s good to hear. I’m good thanks- on 15mcg of T3 and 100mcg of T4 which all works very well. I finally managed to get my mum onto T4 too & her GP is supportive so she’s feeling a bit better too. Glad you’re doing well!

As a rough guide you can add 20% to your ft3 value as your left 24hrs from last dose.

That sound right. The usual caveats apply, we are all different and so on.
