Still a bit tired compared to say 6 months ago. But I feel better than I did 2 months ago. Some days I am exhausted and just want to sleep but others I can go out and run for a couple of hours.
My results seem to stabilise for a couple of months and I feel great, then they go off the scale and I feel crap again. It's like after 2 months or so, my body thinks something isn't right and goes haywire.
Like Slow Dragon said, if you feel tired with your ft4 dropping, you may need to up the Levo a bit, to 112.5 maybe? It's very individual. I mean, just looking at labs, they look fine. Also, did you have increasing ft4 each time you reduced after a while?
But everyone is individual where they need FT3 and FT4
Some people cope with or prefer lower FT4. Others need it 60-75% through range
You say FT4 has dropped since you reduced dose. It may go on dropping, in which case you might need very tiny dose increase in Levothyroxine to keep it from dropping too low
Have you ever tried decreasing t3 a little, back when your t4 was a bit higher? I personally am very tired with high t3, but again, it's quite individual
I haven't no. I read somewhere that T3 should be as high as possible within range. Also it would be very hit and miss to try and cut the tablet into quarters accurately.
It depends, I can't have it high personally, this is just general range and everyone has different thresholds , hard to say.

Just an example. When I overdosed my ft3 was top range and for many months I have been feeling increasingly tired and also with hypo symptoms, which was weird! We are all so different. Another example, I had to lower t4 recently to feel like a human, it was too high even though it wasn't out of range. So weird
