Advice on most complete lab tests to do, including possible Vitamin deficiencies, for Hypothyroidism after radiation therapy

Hi to all, I have found various lists of labs to be done, one that seemed comprehensive I couldn't download, and would be thankful if someone could spell it out for me again (my memory is not too good...!) I am currently on Tirosint, since May, and it's proving difficult to manage. (I can give more info if necessary.)

As you are in Greece you can just order blood tests you need

Bloods should be tested as early as possible in morning and fasting and last dose Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test

Testing

TSH

FT4

FT3

Vitamin D

Folate

Ferritin

B12

Marz is based in Greece and may be able to advise on where/who can offer full testing

Most important results are FT3 and FT4

Aiming for FT3 to be at least over half way in range

Getting vitamins at good levels can help improve conversion of FT4 to FT3

T3 is available in Greece, if your FT3 remains low,

First step is to get Levothyroxine dose is high enough to bring TSH down to around one and FT4 in top third of range
