Had recent bloods done, would appreciate any advice please.
TSH 0.053 (0.27-4.2)
Free T3 4.16. (3.1-6.8)
Free T4 12.4 (12-22)
I’m Hashimoto but not medicated. Treating all co factors b12, D3, ferritin etc.
Could these results be why I feel ill and struggle to function, fatigue, anxiety, exhaustion, dry mouth eyes skin, no stamina, poor cognitive function the list goes on?!
Thanks 🙏🏻

I would think they are the reason, your FT4 has just scraped into range and your body is doing it's best to produce some T3 to keep you going.
When did you have your diagnosis of Hashi's? What were your results at the time - TSH, FT4, FT3 and thyroid antibodies?
If you hadn't said Hashi's I would have suggested considering Central Hypothyroidism which is diagnosed when TSH is low, normal or slightly elevated with a low FT4 - and any lower then yours would be below range. Central Hypothyroidism is where the problem lies with the pituitary (Secondary Hypothyroidism) or the hypothalamus (Tertiary Hypothyroidism) rather than the thyroid gland.
Diagnosis of Hashimoto 4years ago but strongly suspect it started way back in 2008, that’s when all symptoms started and was given the CFS diagnosis. I was never tested for antibodies back then!
At time of diagnosis My TSH was 0.60 it’s always been around there. I can’t place my results at the minute had them done by blue horizon. One lot of antibodies was 240. Sorry this isn’t helping much.
Well, you're certainly not making much naturally with a Free T4 of 12.4 (12-22) so your FT4 says you do need Levothyroxine. But your TSH is not consistent with such a low FT4, it would normally be over range with such a low FT4. This is why I was thinking Central Hypothyroidism, the signalling from the pituitary to make TSH goes haywire with CH.
But with antibodies of 240 that does suggest Hashi's. Can you dig out your results, see if that was Thyroid Peroxidase or Thyroglobulin antibodies.
