Did you have Free T3 test done on it's own? It needs to be done at the same time as TSH and Free T4, those other results appear to be the same as you posted in your previous thread
You are undermedicated. When on a combination of Levo and T3, one would expect to see TSH low, maybe even suppressed, FT4 lowish in range and FT3 in the upper part of the range, when optimally medicated. The total T4/T3 don't tell us anything useful.
How long have you been on these doses?
What time did you do the test?
Did you take last dose of Levo 24 hours before the test, and last dose of T3 8-12 hours before the test, as always advised here?
I have been at this dose actually for approximately 3 months. I ended up switching Drs because mine wouldnt test anything beside TSH reflex. So when I switched Drs it took a few weeks for appointment he put me on Tirosint and T3 because I had my oun bloods done and T3 was the same as this blood draw. He said he may increase T3 and leave the 25mg of Tirosint alone too see how things change. I had gastic Bypass and I dont absorb medication that well so he is being careful. I did not take my meds until after the blood draw. T3 was at least 12 hours before. Im very fatigued right now. Ive been on tirosint a week so if he feels next blood draw the 25mg isnt enough he will put my dose up. But he may raise the T3 since I have been on it for a few weeks.
Both your FT4 and FT3 could do with increasing, but which to raise first I can't say. When on combination hormone replacement, it takes a lot of tweaking to find the right levels of FT4 and FT3 to suit the individual.
Thank you so much. I see my Dr Wednesday so I will have too see what he says. Its so weird when I had a flare in December my Rhumetologist did a ton of autoimmune testing and my CK ( I was suffering from severe muscle pain ) came back elevated and my TSH was slightly of range and my liver numbers were elevated she told me to tell my PCP she wanted me to be put on low dose meds to see if it brings my CK, TSH and Liver levels down ( and she sent her a letter ) and to see if the muscle pain gets better. My old PCP reluctantly put me on the 25mg Levothyroxine and refused too test my T3 so I did it myself and it was the same as this last time. Now again I'm extremely fatigued and my thyroid numbers are off and my Liver numbers are up again. Have you ever heard of anyone's liver numbers going up with thyroid numbers are off? My Rhumetologist has me on gabapentin and the pain center put me on LDN and they are definitely helping with the muscle pain.
