Medichecks blood test result

Hi,

I have just had my results back from a medichecks Thyroid Ultra. I’d be really grateful if anyone can look at them and offer any advice. My main symptoms are still coldness, hair loss and tiredness

I am currently taking 50mg Levo daily

Ferritin 173 ugl . Range 130 / 250

Folate serum 4.44 ugl. Range 3.89 - 19.45

B12 Active. 92.6 pnol Range 37.5 - 188

TSH. 0.749 miu Range 0.27 - 4.2

Free T3 5.4 Range 3.1 - 6.8

Free Thyroxine. 18.7. Range 12 - 22

TPO antibodies 111 kiu. Range 0 - 34

Thyroglobulin Antibodies 633. Range 0 - 115

CRP HS. 0.34. Range 0 -5

The doctor note said folate was low and elevated ferritin , recommended an iron deficiency check ?

Any help would be great

Sorry , the range for ferritin should have said 130/150 so I’m aware my levels are elevated
