I've had a Tiredness and Fatigue blood test done and some of the results are a bit weird and I don't know how to interpret them. I wondered if anyone could advise me on what I should do next? I take Levo 75mg/100mg alternate days and supplement with Vit D, A, K tincture, Vit B's, B12 injection (my serum B12 was initially 239 in 2016 and I had horrid anemia symptoms which I still get if I don't regularly inject), Liver Pro supplements, magnesium spray. My conditions are Hashi's, Endometriosis, Ulcerative Colitis & Interstitial Cystitis. Thank you - Jo x

I would say for someone medicating thyroid hormone replacement, your TSH is too high and FT4 too low, indicating you are under-medicated.
Other results ok except Vit D that is low in spite of you supplementing. People with autoimmune thyroid conditions often have GI disorders, inflammation & genetic polymorphisms impairing their production, absorption and utilization of Vitamin D.
I'm not too knowledgeable on supplementing Vit D so as your post is now 7 days old, it may be wise to write a new post asking for Vit D supplementation advice.
Getting FT3 tested would give you a clearer picture of thyroid function.
Hi Radd, thank you for your reply and advice. I’m going to up my Levo to 100mg daily then I’ll get my free T3 tested as well as the TSH and free T4 which I’ll pay for. It’s frustrating that my vit D isn’t higher as I do supplement but maybe it’s not enough so will also up the dose. I’ve had tummy problems since my early 20’s, it gets so inflamed and irritated then it goes away by itself. I try to be gluten & dairy free so not sure why my tummy does this. Jo x
