Latest T3/T4 Results

I don't really know what to do next for my thyroid. See below for explanation.

I have been frightened by developing atrial fibrillation on 26.03.19 and it's not stopped. It has changed in nature but I'm on medication so that might be why. My resting heart rate is around 100, never below 85. My normal resting heart rate has been mid 60's to mid 70's for years. I've been sent to A&E by GP when heart rate was 135 and I was distressed. I am on anticoagulant, Digoxin and beta blocker now. What a shock it's been. I finally see a cardiologist next week after Easter. I hope they can work out what's going on.

At the time the Afib started I was taking 100mcg Levo and 12.5mcg T3. I was pretty terrified when it all started and reduced my T3 to 6.25 with the 100 Levo. But I quickly felt much more tired so I went to 125 Levo (where I was before I added the T3) with the 6.25 T3 and held it for 6 weeks before this latest test. Reducing it didn't seem to make much difference to the Afib, still high heart rate. But even so, with just the 6.25 a day, the hospital doctor I saw as a result of the A&E visit was dead against me continuing with it, even though she said she was an endocrinologist. I have done so, but it's all over my discharge letter and I fear the cardiologist will freak out next week.

My Blue Horizon results are worse than last time. I can't see that the tiny amount of T3 is causing the Afib. I've had lone bouts of Afib for years, normally only lasting a few hours at time and normally only around 1 or 2 episodes a year. During that time I was at one stage taking T3 only and on over 35mcg of it a day with no Afib or heart issues.

I'm thinking I might be better off just going back to Levo and try 150 a day, but Levo alone doesn't seem to convert to T3 very well. I've never had more than 125 Levo but my GP was getting twitchy about prescribing more because my levels were "in range", which is one of the reasons I added the T3 because I was in control of that. However the hospital doctor did say I could have more Levo if I stopped the T3! Alternatively I could keep the 6.25 T3 and add in another 25 Levo to take me to 150 T4 + 6.25 T3 just in case it helped with conversion.

Any thoughts? All results on my profile. But this is the latest set. I feel utterly done in. Bad menopause (on HRT but that's a bit hit and miss), hypothyroid where I can never get my TSH into the range let alone anything else (I lie, my TSH dipped just inside the range once at the end of last year) and now a bloody fast heart and Afib, which I loath and fear.

Vitamin B12 seems to have slipped. I'm upping my supplement dose now. Still eating for iron and ferritin.
