Could someone cast a glance and let me know what they think - I still waiting for the thyroid result print out but have been told they are normal (usually I am told off for being suppressed) so can gather my TSH has raised - I am on T3 and T4.
I am symptomatic but cannot figure out whether it’s thyroid, iron or b12 causing my issues - doc says bloods are fine 🙄

Ferritin isn't too bad at 99 (15-300). It needs to be over 70 for thyroid hormone to work properly, and I have read half way through range is recommended, I have also seen 100-130 for females.
If you want to raise your level then eat liver occasionally, or liver pate, black pudding and include other iron rich foods in your diet apjcn.nhri.org.tw/server/in...
B12 at 413ng/L (same as pg/ml) is a bit low according to an extract from the book, "Could it be B12?" by Sally M. Pacholok:
"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebrospinal fluid below 550".
"For brain and nervous system health and prevention of disease in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1000 pg/ml."
I have all the signs of pernicious anaemia and a collection of autoimmune to help it along - I also have all anaemia symptoms and undermedicated hypo 🙄 being a vegan makes liver a very no go in fact even before that liver was a big no but I do take spa tone and eat 90% chocolate which always bumped it up when pregnant
