Hello how far apart should you take ndt and oestrogen gel. Is it ok to take vitamins 2 hours after ndt?

You can use oestrogen gel any time you like, because it doesn't go into the digestive tract.

Vit D and magnesium should be taken 4 hours away from thyroid hormone. the others two hours away. Although, I imagine that your vit B12 is sublingual? In which case, it can be taken at any time.

Vit D and vit K2 are fat soluble, so should be taken with food, with some kind of fat - butter or olive oil, or something - in the meal.
