Hello how far apart should you take ndt and oestrogen gel. Is it ok to take vitamins 2 hours after ndt?

You can use oestrogen gel any time you like, because it doesn't go into the digestive tract.

It depends which vitamins you're taking, how long you should wait. :)

Vit D and magnesium should be taken 4 hours away from thyroid hormone. the others two hours away. Although, I imagine that your vit B12 is sublingual? In which case, it can be taken at any time.

Vit D and vit K2 are fat soluble, so should be taken with food, with some kind of fat - butter or olive oil, or something - in the meal. :)
