Results without reference range are meaningless unfortunately. Ranges vary from lab to lab.
We can tell you that your TSH is where most of us Hypos need it, ie 1 or below.
We can't interpret your FT4 as the ranges we see here are 7-17 or 9-19 or 12-22, and others. So we need the range please.
We also need to know what thyroid meds you are taking.
And how are you feeling?
What is your GP doing about your high Ferritin result?
Hi Seaside Susie these results were done in a surgery! I can give you the range! Ferritin 429ug/L ref [12.0-300.0] free T4& TSH 11.5pmol/L[10.0-20.0] vit D 79nmol/L[>50.0] Eosinophil 0.010*9/L [0.04-0.4] I hope this helps? Many Thanks 4by

free T4& TSH 11.5pmol/L[10.0-20.0]
This is actually nothing to do with TSH, this is the Free T4 range. So your FT4 is very low in range and with a TSH level 0.69 that's very unusual.
Can you please answer the other questions so we can help:
* What thyroid meds you are taking? [With those results I imagine you are on T3 only, if so where is your FT3 result? You can't be on T3 or NDT and not test FT3, it's the only result that matters when taking those.]
* How are you feeling?
* What is your GP doing about your high Ferritin result?
Hi there I am taking T3 0.025 mgs 5 times a week & thyroxine 100mcgs everyday . Vitamin B12 1000ug per day vitamin D3 1000 iu per day also on turmeric 600mgs per day for arthritic thumbs!! If your T3 is prescribed, then the doctor should know that you can't take it on only 5 days per week. It has a very short half life (1 day) and it must be taken every day.
Also, when taking T3, it's essential to test FT3 so that you know where your level lies and if you are taking an appropriate dose.
Vitamin D 79 nmol/L - taking 1000iu D3
This isn't enough D3. The Vit D Council recommends a level of 125nmol/L and to reach that level they recommend a daily dose of 2,500iu. I would increase your dose and retest after 3 months. Also, there are important cofactors needed when taking D3 as recommended by the Vit D Council -
vitamindcouncil.org/about-v...
D3 aids absorption of calcium from food and K2-MK7 directs the calcium to bones and teeth where it is needed and away from arteries and soft tissues where it can be deposited and cause problems such as hardening of the arteries, kidney stones, etc.
D3 and K2 are fat soluble so should be taken with the fattiest meal of the day, D3 four hours away from thyroid meds.
Magnesium helps D3 to work. We need Magnesium so that the body utilises D3, it's required to convert Vit D into it's active form. So it's important we ensure we take magnesium when supplementing with D3.
Magnesium comes in different forms, check to see which would suit you best and as it's calming it's best taken in the evening, four hours away from thyroid meds

Check out the other cofactors too.
Vitamin B12 1000ug
You don't say what your level was/is, but when taking B12 we need to take a good B Complex to balance all the B vitamins. And as B12 and folate work together, you need to know your folate level too.
Ferritin 429ug/L ref [12.0-300.0]
You haven't said what your doctor is doing about this. It needs investigation.
And again, you haven't said how you feel.
