Can I take Vit D and B12 at the same time obviously 3/4 hrs. apart from Levothyroxine?

You should take vit D four hours apart from levo.

If your B12 is sublingual, it doesn't matter when you take it, because it doesn't go into the stomach. But you should also be taking a B complex, to balance the Bs, and that should be two hours away from levo.

If it doesn't go into the gut, it doesn't come into contact with anything else - particularly not your thyroid hormone.
