There shouldn't, actually, be any difference between synthetic and natural thyroid hormone. If there is, it's something indefinable. However, if you're contemplating adding a T4/T3 pill to your T3, you might just as well increase the T3 and add levo. Comes to the same thing.
I know pig hormons have a higher T4 T3 ratio, which could explain why I´m not well with it.
That shouldn't have anything to do with it. Most T3 comes from conversion, anyway. If you are taking T3 because of poor conversion - which I imagine you are - then having more T3 in NDT shouldn't be a problem. And, if it really were the problem, all you'd have to do to resolve it would to add in some more T4.
