I received my results from Thriva test I undertook. Looking for help to interperate them & whether they are in optimum ranges. I take VitD/K2 (5000iu), Selenium & VitE & magnesium, BVits everyday. Thank you in advance for help.

FT4 - 16.2pmol/L (RR: 12 -23)

TPOAB - 40.5kiU/L (RR: 0-34)

FT3 - 4.33pmol/L (RR: 3.1-6.8)

T4 - 83.0mmol/L (RR: 66-181)

TGAB - 1465kU/L (RR: 0-115)

VitD - 105nmol/L (RR: 50-200)

B12 - 136pmol/L (RR: 25.1-165)

Ferritin - 38.1ug/L (RR: 13-150)

Folate - 28.1nmol/L (RR: 8.83-60.8)

Hi Sud7, when you first use Thriva for Serem test, they recommend follow up tests if required apparently. Do you have to use them again for these tests ? As just read article that says it's a subscription service ? Grateful advice
