Bellsjet

If you can add the reference ranges to your results (usually in brackets) we can interpret them. Ranges vary from lab to lab so without them your results don't tell us anything.

If you can list then to make them easier to read that would be helpful too, eg

TSH: 2.5 (0.2-4.2)

FT4: 15 (12-22)

etc

Ferratin (127.0) 13-150

Tsh (4) 0.27-4.2

T4 total (89.6) 66-181

Free t4 (12.7) 12.0-22

Free to (4.18) 3.1-6.8

Anti thyroid peroxidase abs

(10.4) <34

Ferratin (127.0) 13-150 - a good level.

Anti thyroid peroxidase abs

(10.4) <34. - these are negative.

Tsh (4) 0.27-4.2 - this is high but not as high as your previous test. Was it done early morning after an overnight fast? When looking for a diagnosis of hypothyroidism then we need the highest possible TSH which is early morning and before eating. TSH lowers through the day and after eating.

T4 total (89.6) 66-181- this is low so your body isn't producing much of it's own thyroid hormone

Free t4 (12.7) 12.0-22 - this is very low, not surprising considering your total T4 is low.

Free to (4.18) 3.1-6.8 - assume this is FT3, again low but reasonable for the poor amount of FT4. Your body is converting T4 to T3 (the active hormone which every cell needs) but eventually your FT3 will get lower.

You've missed the following out:

anti thyroidglobinabs 251 vitamin d 51 cut b12 204 and ferum so late 25.90.

From what I can gather

anti thyroidglobinabs 251 - that looks like they are probably over range so would comfirm autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's.

vitamin d 51 - if that is nmol/L then your level is low and you need to supplement to get to the recommended level of 100-150nmol. If it is ng/ml then it is within the recommended range of 40-60 ng/ml.

b12 204 - is that Active B12 or Serum B12? If serum B12 then it is very low and you need to check for signs of B12 deficiency b12deficiency.info/signs-an... then ask for further investigation to see if you have Pernicious Anaemia.

ferum so late 25.90. - no idea what this is
