30 mcg of T3 and 125 mcg levothyroxine. I have just had a letter from endo dept stating that I am mildly biochemically thyrotoxic with fully suppressed tsh and free t3of 6. 8and free T4 of 11.4. He is always trying to reduce the T3 but I feel OK. Do you agree with him?
Many thanks in advance.

Sorry, no-one can agree or disagree without the ranges. Labs differ so ranges differ, always quote them please. Should look something like ft3 6.8 (4.2 -7.1)
When I've been hyper I've had a fast heart-rate, more frequent and looser bowel movements, heat intolerance, shaky arms etc. All very noticeable. With over-treatment, possibly due to rescheduling other pills, I had painfully weak arms and shoulders and insomnia, but not much else. If you've been through similar you can stress that you know what to look out for, and don't want to experience it again. It may also be the case that you require a dose increase each winter, which would be another argument to not reduce at this time.
Say you do not feel in the least toxic and you understand that people who have their thyroid gland removed when hyper that they have suppressed TSH and seem to be well.
Now they have instructions to stop prescribing T3 (in UK) . If you are in the UK read the Pinned post asking for signatures and to speak to your MP if your T3 is withdrawn.
Do you have the lab ref ranges? Suppressed TSH doesn't mean you are overmedicated as long as FT3 6.8 is within range. If it is over range you are thyrotoxic and might consider reducing T3 dose to 25mcg.
Yes Clutter - again you are right the FT3is a bit over the 6.8 so I will do as you suggest and try 25 mcgs of T3. He didnt include the ranges in his letter this time but looking back on past test results they are as follows:
