Help with blood test results following total thyroidectomy please

I had a total thyroidectomy for Graves’ disease 7 weeks ago and just had my blood results back. These are TSH 0.12 (0.35-4.94) and T4 12.7 (9.01-19.05). I’m on 100mg Leveothyroxine and feel really tired especially in the afternoon. The surgeon has written to my GP and said these results are “perfect” and 100mg is correct. I feel better than I did before the thyroidectomy but don’t feel “perfect” as yet. Any advice would be gratefully received. (They don’t test for T3 so not sure what that is doing!)

What were you taking before your operation? FT4 isn't halfway even so I feel you should be having more. Having said that I've had an operation-not thyroid, 5 months ago and I'm just beginning to feel good again.

Thank you for taking time to reply. I was on 60mg Carbimazole and 75mg Levothyroxine before my surgery. I suppose it’s a bit too early to tell yet, maybe I should hold off going to go for a couple more weeks x

I think the shock and the anaesthetic can mess things up a bit anyway.
