I’m now on my first block of b12 injections as I had to have bloods done as been suffering from bad headaches and my Neurologist I’ve been under sent me back to have b12 levels checked at my gps as tested me over year ago and was slightly off put me on tablets and as levels went back up no more happened and tablets stopped.
However now like I say retested and which I thought I lost weight because well struggling for years to as being under active thyroid condition too turns out could be down to b12 deficiency but my folate I think is okay and my Tsh level slightly off but getting that rechecked in April the same time for b12 see if working.
Has anyone else been through this and understand it as I’m bit confused with all these big words chucked at me and expect me to remember lol

That's not what I said. There may be a link. If pernicious anaemia isn't the cause of your B12 deficiency then hypothyroidism may be partially responsible in so far as hypothyroid patients often have low stomach acid which can make it difficult to cleave B12 from food.
