Please can someone advise on my latest results. I’m on 100 mcg of Levothyroxine but really don’t feel any better than the day I started taking it, which is just over a year ago now. Please can you tell me where to go from here as I’m still struggling daily with several symptoms. Thank you.
TSH 0.035 ( 0.3-4.2)
FT4 21.5 (12-22)
FT3 5.03 (3.1-6.8)
Folate 3.75 (2.91-50.00)
Ferritin 69.4 (13.00-150.00)
Vitamin B12 63.700 (25.10-165.00)
Vitamin D(25OH) 57.3 (50.00-200.00)
I can see I am just within range of a couple of results, if I need to supplement can you please advise how much and if any co factors are also needed.
Many thanks.

TSH is suppressed, FT4 high in range and FT3 over halfway through range. You appear to be adequately dosed on 100mcg.
What symptoms are you struggling with?
Folate is low in range. You could supplement folic acid or methylfolate for a few months to raise folate.
Active B12 >35 is unlikely to be deficient.
Vit D 57.3 is sub optimal. >75 is replete and 100-150 is optimal. I would supplement 5,000iu daily x 6 weeks and then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days and retest in May. Take vitD 4 hours away from Levothyroxine. Look at SeasideSusie 's post to see how much K2-MK7 and magnesium she recommends as co-factors. Magnesium should be taken 4-6 hours away from Levothyroxine.
Ferritin is optimal halfway through range. Eating liver once a week and eating other iron rich food will raise ferritin.
