I requested a full iron panel and vitamin B12 test as well as a thyroid function test. I don’t know what went wrong, but they’ve only done the thyroid tests. I’m quite upset, as it was expensive.
Please advise if I should reduce my levothyroxine.
I hope you all managed the horrible weather this week. Thank goodness it’s cooled down.

Are there some other thyroid blood test results coming? I can only see FT3 at the moment (although going by that alone I’d say it’s unlikely you need to lower your dosage. I wouldn’t call that level “optimal”).
Contact the company who did the test and ask why you didn't get the tests you thought you'd paid for. See if they can send you another kit and get it right next time.
I have contacted them and pointed out that I can get a thyroid test for almost a third of the price, so why would I have gone ahead if the other tests weren’t included. But they’re insisting that I haven’t ordered anything else, so I really don’t know what happened. I ticked the tests that I wanted and the price at checkout reflected my requests and I wish now that I hadn’t ordered the thyroid test, as I’m very happy with the service I get from monitor my health. I won’t be using them again!
Did they send you a confirmation of your order? and do you have it on an email? If so you could copy it to them as proof of what you ordered.Frustrating.
