TSH is low-normal, FT4 is less than halfway through range and FT3 is deficient. It looks like you will need FT4 high in range, possibly over range, to get FT3 to a decent level. Thyroid antibodies are negative for Hashimoto's.
Ferritin is deficient and this can indicate iron deficiency anaemia. Ask GP to order an iron panel and full blood count.
Vit D 85 is replete. 100-150 is optimal. If you are supplementing you could continue until April when ultraviolet light will be high enough to stimulate natural vitD. If you are supplementing you should take vitD 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.
