Free T3 - 3.15 pg/ml (2.7 - 5.27)
Free T4 - 1.02 ng/dl (0.78 - 2.19)

Have you seen your doctor since these results? Did he/she increase your Levothyroxine dose by 25mcg?
What is your target therapeutic TSH level? My Endocrinologist said mine is maximum 2. However, I have learned on this forum that, ideally, it should be maximum of one.
What was your dose when bloods done?
Hi, Mary-intussuception, thank you for replying. Not being treated for it at all and confused by the T3 & T4 results that are within range.... does that mean I don't have a thyroid problem (I believe I do) ? How do I take this forward? Have been waiting just under a year for an appointment with an endocrinologist, hoping he will treat me.
Hi, if you've waited a year for the Endocrinologist appointment, have you considered phoning his/her secretary. Tell them your TSH is now above range and you are rather unwell with many symptoms so could she/he give some indication as to how much longer you will wait.
Ask for Endocrinologist to upgrade your referal to urgent ??
You could also phone First Appointments Department and ask similar.
I've just read your post from 6mths ago. I haven't seen TPO results reported like that. Would you be able to get hold of the numbers?
I wonder if you could have Thyroid Antibodies tested again?
Are all your nutrients levels sorted now?
Have you had any other tests?
Any investigations for Adrenals?
If you see Endocrinologist soon, and they do full range of bloods (as mine did) - maybe you will start to get somewhere? I hope so.
You've not had full Thyroid Function blood tests have you.

In answer to your question -
I am not medically qualified and can only speak from my personal experiences and studies.
But - If you had raised TPOs and 'within' range Thyroid function tests, then I would say "Yes" you do have a Thyroid problem. As Hashimoto's Autoimmune Thyroiditis would be confirmed by the raised Antibodies. With Hashimoto's bloods can fluctuate. Mine were within 'normal' range when tested in 2010 (ie TSH & T4).
However - unknown to me they were outside of range and Hypothyroid in 2008.

Your TSH is raised - now above range - so doesn't this mean that your Thyroid is struggling?
Yes I was told the antibody tests were negative so it couldn't be hashimotos. On the up side though the G.P. I now see in my surgery has referred me and I did get an appt on 27th Dec. which I can't attend so am now waiting on the next available one being sent out to me... Because of past bad experiences of dealing with Dr's at my surgery, I only see 1 Dr. I refuse to go anywhere near any others and he is supporting me in my self-treatment of my PA/B12d, and I think he knows I will get treated once I see the specialist whom I can discuss using NDT and T3 and whether these are a good alternative to prescription medication which I am happy to source myself just like my B12, as long as on record and supported by surgery. That way my treatment is all there just in case I have any issues, I'm not out on a limb then. I already buy my own Vit D and Vit C, both of which I need for life as deficient and my B12 and magnesium etc. so he knows I won't cost the surgery.
