Yes, all of the results show you are severely deficient. Has your GP seen them and prescribed anything?

I would write a complaint to the practice manager and make sure you see another GP at the practice or change practice.

Vitamin D is severely deficient. Your GP should refer to local guidelines or the NICE CKS recommendations for treating vitamin D deficient adults cks.nice.org.uk/vitamin-d-d... Do not accept a prescription for 800iu which is a maintenance dose to be taken after deficiency is corrected. My GP prescribed 40,000iu daily x 14 followed by 2,000iu daily x 8 weeks which raised vitD from <10 to 107. Vitamin D should be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine and T3.

Ferritin is deficient and this may indicate iron deficiency anaemia. Your GP should do an iron panel and full blood count to check. If you are prescribed iron it should be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine and T3.

B12 and folate are deficient. Symptoms of deficiency are listed in b12deficiency.info/signs-an... Your GP needs to initiate B12 injections 48 hours prior to prescribing 5mg folic acid and should also investigate whether pernicious anaemia is the cause of your deficiencies.

Make an urgent appointment with any GP at the surgery for tomorrow.

You will need full testing for Pernicious Anaemia, before starting B12 injections

Loading dose of vitamin D

Full testing for iron Anemia and iron infusion

Have it noted in your medical record that this DIRECT RESULT of have T3 withdrawn

You also need 25mcg dose increase in Levo

Your GP needs reporting to practice manager for ignoring these dangerous low levels

If you can take a supportive friend or family member with you, so much the better
