JulieCressey,

TSH is very suppressed, FT4 is below range which isn't unusual when taking NDT and not important as long as FT3 is good which yours is. rT3 is within range.

Thyroid antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's).

VitD 69 isn't replete or optimal. Optimal is 100 - 150. I would supplement 5,000iu D3 daily for 6 weeks and then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days until end of March and retest. Take vitD 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.

B12 is good. Was folate tested?

Magnesium is good.

Ferritin is high and assuming you are not supplementing iron may indicate inflammation or infection in the body. Even a cold at the time of testing can raise ferritin. I would retest in 4 months.

Cortsol is fine except for the bedtime result which is high. I hope someone knowledgeable about cortisol will advise but, if not, please write a separate post about the cortisol results.

Juliecressey,

It could be a bit higher so you could eat more leafy green veg or take a B Complex supplement which will have some folic acid in it to raise folate. You will need to stop taking B Complex vitamins 24 hours prior to all blood tests.
