I've had half my thyroid removed and am still struggling with hot and cold temp. swings , but brain fog and anxiety have decreased. I'm on t3 and 50 ml of NDT .
T3 6.4 (3.1-6.2)
TSH 1.27 (0-4)
T4 8 (9-19)

Margar,
If you took NDT and T3 prior to your blood draw the T3 will peak in your blood for up to 6 hours and that may be why T3 is over range. If you left 8+ hours between last dose and blood draw you are overmedicated and should consider reducing NDT or T3 dose to ensure T3 remains within range.
What do you mean 50ml NDT? NDT isn't liquid. Tablets are usually 15mg, 30mg, 45mg or 60mg. How much T3 are you taking?
I take t3 at night to help me sleep. It was suggested by my sister. It works for us. That's 9.5 hour gap. It should not have had any bearing on my results. I took my ndt after my test.
Margar,
You are a little overmedicated. FT3 is not significantly over range so you might continue with your current dosing unless you feel overmedicated. If FT3 is still over range after your next thyroid test you could reduce NDT dose by a quarter (15mg).
