Have you been on 25 mcg for 2 years? If so, you're doctor has been very negligent! He should have retested you after six weeks, and increased your dose by 25 mcg.
When we are on levo, our TSH should be one or under. But, your doctor obviously doesn't know that. Can you see another doctor, who might know more about it? You need an increase, now. And, you not only need FT4 and FT3 tested, but also antibodies - TPO antibodies. And vit D.
Your vit B12 is a bit low. It needs to be at least over 500. If I were you, I would give it a bit of a boost by taking 5000 mcg sublingual methylcobalamin (B12) daily. And, when the bottle is finished, get the 1000 mcg tablets, as a maintenance dose. At the same time, take a B complex, daily, to balance the Bs.
