Vitamin and mineral levels

Hi I am worried about my symptoms. Results before and during and after supplementing. Symptoms are tiredness, weight gain, constant throat clearing, throat feeling tight, swelling in front of neck, constipation, heavy periods, hair loss, eyebrow loss, cramps, pins and needles.

Thank you for any input!

Try to find Seaside Susies posts on vitamins. I will confine myself to B12!which could do to be over 500 and best nearer the max of range .Suggest supplement with methylcobalamin and Bcomplex to keep the B vits in balance.
