I don't have autoimmune thryoid disease but my understanding is that antibodies can and do fluctuate. A gluten free diet may help to reduce them as may taking some selenium.
Thanks Nanaedake. I tried gluten free for a couple of weeks, but was starving, Hence I tried avoiding English flour, as in other countries where additives are banned they don't have gluten intolerance problems. I have felt much better since giving up the English flour.
Your T3 is much too low. An increase in dose might help. But, forget about ratios, you need your results where they make you feel well, not where the text books say they should be. Ratios are for healthy people.
Hi GG. Thanks for all your replies. I actually feel really well - that's on my scale of things anyway. I gave up siestas after starting the levo 2 years ago, and the only thing that really wipes me out these days are migraines.. So I'm tempted to stick to current dose.... even though I still have a couple of smaller symtpoms. I just hate taking tablets.
