Need help

I had tt several years ago, I'm on ndt 60mg morning 60mg 10-12 hrs later, i had blood results back T4 10.2. Tsh 0.03. T3. 6.9. HbA1c 43 I've asked for a 24hrs saliva cortisol but my Dr will only do a 9 am test how do I find if my adrenals are in need of help as I'm shattered most of the time also low mood, achy hair falls out at front n skin very dry

Have you had your B12, Vit D, Folate and Ferritin tested? The symptoms you describe could be a deficiency in one or more of those.
