Vitamin K2

Hi, does anyone know how much vitamin K2 i should be taking alongside 5000 iu of vitamin D3? Thanks Jen X

I know this question was asked ages ago and I researched the answer. What I do remember is the amount in Solgar or Thorne is sufficient for up to 10,000IU of vitamin D3.

Edit:

1. Between 45 mcg and 185 mcg daily for adults. Average 150mcg, OR,

2. 100 mcg of vitamin K2-MK7 per 1,000IU of vitamin D3

However if you are on warfarin you shouldn't take vitamin K2
