B12 is good.
Folate is low in range. You could eat more leafy green veg to improve folate or supplement a B Complex vitamin containing folic acid or methylfolate.
Ferritin is optimal halfway way through range but >70 is usually sufficient for Levothyroxine absorption and to avoid hair loss.
Vit D 78.2 is in the replete range 75-200. If you get sun on your face and arms during the summer natural vitD will increase but you should consider supplementing 2,500iu daily Oct-April to maintain levels.
