For the past 3 years I've had ongoing symptoms of fatigue alongside other symptoms, nothing has been diagnosed. My physio inquired about my thyroid as my neck is lumpy which led to me posting on here a few days ago for some advice- which to get a full thyroid check privately. I have now done this through medichecks and have the results. I didn't realise I selected the results only without any interpretation so I'm quite unsure what they mean. I am a complete novice in this area- have tried to read things online but I'm still not sure and would really appreciate any feedback on my results.
I haven't been able to add a photo of my results so...
TSH 2.24 (0.27-4.2)
Free Thyroxine 15.41 (12-22)
T4 94.3 (59-154)
Thyroglobulin Antibody 33.54 (0-115)
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies 12.16 (0-34)
Vit b12 414 (140-724)
Folate (serum) 19.98 3.89-26.8
25 OH Vitamin D 67.95 (50-200)
CRO- High Sensitivity 0.6 (0-5)
Ferritin 153.2 (13-150)
Many thanks!

TSH 2.24 indicates your thyroid is beginning to struggle but FT4 is normal for someone not taking Levothyroxine. NHS won't usually diagnose hypothyroidism until TSH is over range or FT4 is below range.
Thyroid antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroid disease.
VitD is optimal around 100. If you are able to get sun on your face and arms several times a week you will stimulate natural vitD. If not, supplement 5,000iu D3 daily x 6 weeks and then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days and retest in August.
CRP is an inflammation marker so 0.6 is low (good).
Ferritin is optimal around 75-100. 153 is a little high possibly due to a cold or virus at the time of testing.
thank you for your very quick and helpful response.
I am relieved to hear there are not markers for autoimmune disease as that's what I was beginning to worry about. I actually supplement my vitamin B12 and a high dose of D3 and I walk outside every day for this reason so I am left wondering why this is the case.
What is even more surprising is my ferritin level- if I'm right in thinking this is iron? I'm actually vegan! I do take a multi vitamin that contains iron but not high levels. I was tested yesterday and I don't think I have a cold or virus. I have been feeling very fatigued the past week or so, which is the issue that's led to the testing. This is the symptom I've been battling with for the past 3 years. As I don't seem to be 'ill' would you consider this to be something to follow up with my GP?
Thyroid symptoms can precede abnormal bloods by months/years so it is possible that TSH 2.24 is why you feel fatigued but, as I said above, NHS won't help until your TSH is over range. You could supplement 200mcg selenium and a zinc supplement which can improve thyroid function.
Ferritin is stored iron. As ferritin is 153 you might find a multi vit which doesn't contain iron.
thanks again for your very helpful response. I will monitor my Vitd intake a little closer to try get it up and add in Zinc and Selenium while leaving out my any added Iron.
I am a bit baffled that as a non meat eater I have high levels of iron though. I just assumed this would likely be on the low side. Looking back over my results for the past few years, they've always been on the high side, though not above the 'normal' levels.
I will also follow up the suggestion for looking at my B12 levels.
Hopefully these few tweaks will help with my energy levels. I feel like I'm trying to swim through treacle.
