Your FT3 result, I'm assuming a typo in your range, is low alongside your FT 4. It would help conversion if B12, Vit D, folate and Ferritin are optimal for you so I would suggest you get them tested.
Hi Dawn, at first glance your levels looked all right but if you feel like a zombie perhaps your high cortisol is causing your Levo to create more reverse T3. Raised cortisol means stress is coming from something, whether it's gluten or the many other causes you will have to try to figure out. dawnuk Cortisol level obtained from blood is not an accurate method. A much better way is from Saliva. From my own experience your FT4 is high (should be around mid range) and you FT3 is low. As your numbers are similar to mine I would also think that you have an RT3 issue. In my opinion you need to do the four point saliva test to get a better picture of your levels and then try to sort out the cortisol and take steps to reduce RT3.
