Would love to hear about anyone swithing to Nature Throid? Is it gluten free?

Does anyone supplement it with T3 at all? Hs it helped anybody with Fibro?Which is the best NDT- ie most efficient and no fillers- increased energy and weight loss.

Do you have fibromyalgia? Why I'm asking is that when I was taking levo I had widespread pain and body completely stiff.

All tablets have fillers including NDT. The only 'natural' ingredient in NDT is the T4 and T3 which is derived from pig thyroid.

There are members supplementing NDT with T4 or T3 when the T4/T3 proportions in NDT don't suit them.

Hi, I take NDT (nature thyroid) & also extra t3. I self medicate both.

There isn't a brand that is best, just one that will be the best one for you. It's a case of trial & error.
