Cloe89,
If you feel well the results are fine. If you don't feel well you could ask for a dose increase of Levothyroxine to raise FT4 and FT3 or T3 to raise FT3.
The goal of Levothyroxine and T3 is to restore the patient to euthyroid status. For most patients that will be when TSH is 1.0 or lower with FT4 in the upper range. FT4 needs to be in the upper range in order that sufficient T3 is converted. Read Treatment Options in thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_... Email louise.roberts@thyroiduk.org.uk if you would like a copy of the Pulse article to show your GP.
Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.
Cloe89 You are undermedicated. The aim of a treated hypo patient is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it is needed for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges if that is where you feel well.
Presumably you have symptoms??? What does your GP/endo say?
Also, did you know that your high antibodies mean that you are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's? This is where antibodies attack the thyroid and eventually destroy it. Hashi's isn't treated, it's the resulting hypothyroidism that is.
To help reduce the antibodies you should adopt a strict gluten free diet which has helped many members enormously. Gluten contains gliadin which is a protein thought to trigger antibody attacks.

Supplementing with Selenium L-selenomethionine 200mcg daily and keeping TSH suppressed are also supposed to help reduce antibodies.

Thanks I have symptoms but endo says they are not thyroid related.
What are they? With those results and Hashi's they could be.
Have you had vitamins and minerals tested, frequently with us Hypos we are deficient in some or all of them and that brings it's own symptoms. If you've had them tested, post results with ranges for comment, if not ask for them to be done or get them done privately:
