I’m meeting with an Endo today and have some results below, can anyone advise if they look ok please. Going to dare ask if T3 will help!
TSH 1.07 (0.35-4.94)
Free T4 15.7 (9.0-19.00)
Free T3 4.5 (2.4-6.0)

FT3: 58.33% through range
Did you do your test following our advice, ie no later than 9am, water only before test, last dose of Levo 24 hours before test, no biotin/B Complex or any other supplement containing biotin for 3-7 days before the test?
It's not how your results look, it's how you feel. Are you experiencing symptoms? If so then you could do with an increase in your Levo, there is plenty of room for your FT4 to increase, your FT3 should also increase to a certain extent. The aim of a treated hypo patient on Levo only, generally, is for TSH to be 1 or below with FT4 and FT3 in the upper part of their reference ranges.
As for asking for T3, there does't seem to be much wrong with your conversion of T4 to T3, one expects FT3 to be a bit lower through range than FT4.
Are your key nutrient levels optimal (important for thyroid hormone to work properly):
Vit D - 100-150nmol/L
B12 - top of range for Total B12, if Active B12 is tested then 100 plus
Folate - at least half way through range
Ferritin - half way through range with some experts saying the optimal ferritin level for thyroid function being 90-110ug/L.
Hi Susie
Couldn’t get a test early, so was around 11am and had fasted, knew I had an Endo appointment so had to get blood test, we are hard pushed to get any appointments at my surgery. Had blood test a month earlier and figures were quite different TSH 19.69 Free T4 15.7 & Free T3 4.5 same ranges as previous messages. Got myself in a tiz as I’d been told I have no thyroid left so hence blood tests and Endo appointment. I don’t feel very well at all. Just feel like I want my life back. Thanks for your reply. Don’t know what I’d do without the people on this site, makes such a difference x
Couldn’t see any recent vitamin results on previous posts
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested
Presumably you have Hashimoto’s
Have you had coeliac blood test done
Are you on strictly gluten free diet ….or lactose free

Presumably dose levothyroxine was increased after this result?
What dose levothyroxine are you now taking
How long since dose was increased
Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription
Which brand
I’m on liquid levo brand is Teva. (Have a hernia in my stomach) Have been on liquid for 6 months. Yes increase from 75 to 100ml. Dose was increased about 7 weeks ago. I take Vit d, selenium, zinc, magnesium and s.boulardii supplements as well as a multi vitamin.
Multivitamins are never recommended on here. Most contain iodine not recommended for anyone on levothyroxine and cheap poorly absorbed ingredients
Test folate, ferritin and B12 at least annually and vitamin D twice a year
