Hi sorry I don't have your answer. Just wanted to make sure you're having your selenium levels regularly tested by a doctor. I entered highly toxic levels within 2 months of treatment and had to be taken off, my antibodies doubled during this time, some of us are sensitive to it, and the toxic levels have side effects very similar to hypothyroidism (like hair loss). Just a word of warning!
Not saying I am right but I take all my supplements together after breakfast.
I take Sellenium, vit d, Vit b, magnesium. I am also going to take codliver oil capsules. I am 69 yrs and have had under active thyroid for 30 yrs. I take 100/125 alternate days at bed time I am also type 1 diabetic. Most days I feel fine, I walk about a mile a day.

I don't take Vit c at the moment but eat plenty of fruit. X
Vit C should be taken in divided doses through the day. My practioner told me to take 15 mins before a meal.
What about K2 which is an important co-factor of D3, as is magnesium?
More to the point, when do you take your thyroid hormone replacement? It should be at least two hours away from selenium.
Selenium is a mineral, so make sure you're not also taking it in your mineral complex. You can over-dose on selenium.
It does matter when you take your vit C, because it enhances the absorption of most things. You can even take it with your hormone. But, as to the absorption of selenium with vit C, I gather it's actually the other way round. Have a look at this :
I take my levothyroxine in the night when I visit the bathroom so it's always at least 4 hours away from any food or water
I take my selenium with porridge at about 8am

But I have a 1000 slow realease vit c that I don't know when to take
