Does anyone know if you can take Vit D and Selenium together?

I do sometimes, haven't had a problem. Just make sure that whenever you take Vit D it is with dietary fat.

What happens if Vit D isn’t taken with dietary fat? It just won't work?

D3 is fat soluble so it needs fat to be absorbed.

Can you take Vit D at the same time as B12? I always take my B12 after lunch and wondered if I can take Vit D with them
