I hope its good news for you i have been following slimming world for a year now and was doing very well until the last couple of weeks have been putting weight back on which is a right bloody pain, i think i will do the same as you and start a food diary again.
i put my weeks syn allowance on a sheet of paper (numbered) and as i used them i crossed them out, i found it so much bettter as i knew what i still had left
allso the food diary really helped allthough it didnt look good with ice cream, chinese and cake,,,,,i still had syns left over good luck you can do it (i allso rejoined as a new member because i was so angry at myself and seeing my stickers made it worse as i was only a few lbs lighter than when i started last year
