We cannot be 'good' girls all of the time - it's good to lapse occasionally but we feel guilty afterwards :)

Well done anyway 1 lb is good when you've gone a bit astray.

stop beating yourself up girl , you've already had a week on the naughty step , now take the pride in yourself and keep up the good work ----FOR YOU ---- at least you know when you go wrong AND right and understand it , and can then move onwards and upwards ....... never forget that some of the thyroid meds can fluctuate , up & down , weight gain and loss [ which can give a false weight reading ] depending on meds and thyroid condition at that particular time within your body and situation and all these factors need to be taken into account ........ YOU WILL GET THERE GIRL ----- you know it and so do we , keep your head up .......alan xxx

please not the naughty step again it was cold and horrible

i allways know its a mistake while im eating it lol but it dont stop me

ive just started NDT very very slow 1 grain in 2 doses for a few weeks and treating very high cortisol that endo said were rubbish, allso wants me off thyroid meds for 3 months

im doing it i am desperate for my 2 stone award as a friend said she will buy me a Daryl Dixon t shirt when i get there, i have walking dead t shirts but not a daryl one and im a HUGE fan

something to work towards :)

that's why it called the naughty step --- your not supposed to like it --- my advice about the meds , as I have proved with the other 'arf , would be NOT to stop thyroid meds completely - but to reduce slowly to allow your system to wind down without ''cold turkey ish '' ....... don't worry about the t.shirt ---- I could come up with a few more even better [ c&b legends for 1 ] ...... remember last week 1lb next week maybe 2lbs etc.etc. etc keep going girl you may well get a t.shirt sometime [ now theres a goal to aim for ] ..... alan xx

Anything that wasn't a gain used to be fine for me when I did WeightWatchers. Let's face it if your football team won 1:0 you'd be quite happy with one goal and you'd be happier with a draw than being beaten ☀️
