Mandy72, it is very difficult to lose weight but you are doing so consistently, and it doesn't matter the amount but the fact that you're succeeding.
so that's 22 1/2 lbs that YOU have achieved , with consistant work from YOU , 1.5 lb over your first target even with the downsides that you have put up with , look at yourself in the mirror girl and take pride in your achievements so far and make a reasonable target for the next one and remember you will hit the odd ''brick wall '' as you have already ---- but YOU WILL OVERCOME THEM --- as you have already and prove to yourself , and rub the doubters noses where they deserve to be [ where the sun aint gonna shine no more ] ..... go for it girl we are all with you in the bad as well as the many GOOD times to come .......alan xx

not sure where ive actually lost the weight though lol but have noticed my t shirt is looser so thats good
theres many many doubters but i dont care im losing weight its not easy but its coming off
i have noticed some weeks i get a better loss than others in my group who are not suffering with this dam thyroid disorder
another 1lb and im in the next stone down on weight and thats my target for the week......slow is better for me
6.5 lb away from my club 10 award.....10% body weight lost, seems so far away at the moment but ill get there
that's the way to think girl , keep thinking positively and sod the rest of them coz they 'aint the ones going through it .....YOU WILL GET THERE , you know it , I know it , and everyone who's behind you knows it ..... so when you hit a brick wall BOUNCE OFF IT [ that way you wont get a bruise ] and think positive about your achievements so far [ that you didn't ever think you could do in the beginning ---BUT YOU DID ] .......alan xx
