Your thyroid results show you are hypothyroid not hyperthyroid. Levothyroxine is the treatment for hypothyroidism. TSH is high, and FT4 and FT3 are low in range so I estimate you will require 25-50mcg Levothyroxine to restore your thyroid levels. Levothyroxine is usually required to be taken daily for life.
TPO antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. 100% gluten-free diet may improve symptoms and reduce antibodies.
For maximum absorption Levothyroxine should be taken with water 1 hour before or 2 hours after food and drink, 2 hours away from other medication and supplements, and 4 hours away from calcium, iron, vitamin D supplements and oestrogen.
It takes 7-10 days for Levothyroxine to be absorbed before it starts working and it will take up to six weeks to feel the full impact of the dose.
You should have a follow up thyroid test 6-8 weeks after starting Levothyroxine. Arrange an early morning and fasting (water only) blood draw when TSH is highest, and take Levothyroxine after your blood draw.
Most people will find symptoms resolve after their TSH drops to around 1.0 with FT4 in the upper range but symptoms can lag a couple of months behind good biochemistry.

Thankyou Clutter as I suffered from anxiety whilst taking T4 only a friend recommended that I tried a small dose of T3 which I bought whilst in greece this did make me feel more energetic but sometimes I felt hyper and stopped as I was worried I was doing some harm to myself, If I was to combine again how much of each would you recommend.
You could try 25mcg Levothyroxine plus 6.25mcg (a quarter of a tablet) T3. Make sure you have a thyroid test including FT3 six to eight weeks after starting the combination.

Thankyou is it best to take T4 and T3 at night or in the morning its just I start work at 7.30 so I find it difficult to have breakfast before work if I take on a morning as from what i've read you need to have on empty stomach then nothing within a couple of hours but if I take T3 at night it only stays in system for upto 12 hours. I appreciate your help with this.
