I have decided to try thiroyd as I still have several disabling symptoms on levo. I am on 75 mcg and although free T4 is near top of range at 20.82 (12-22), my FT3 is low 3.97 (3.1-6.8). I have had a look at some previous posts on changing over but am now rather confused as to the best way. Some people say do a direct swop and others to gradually reduce levo as small doses of Thiroyd are introduced. Would be grateful for some advice please.

Eannj,
1 grain Thiroyd is equivalent to 65mcg Levothyroxine so you could switch straight over to 1 grain split into 2 x 1/2 grain doses 8-16 hours apart.
