I took Erfa for a few years when I lived in Canada but couldn’t find a supplier in Europe. I have been taking Thiroyd successfully for a year and find it works well for me but I did have to increase the dosage slightly.
I put myself onto Thiroyd from levothyroxine after reading reviews. I haven't taken any other make. I take one on waking, 1.5 midday and 1 late afternoon. Suits me well but I found I had to spread them out. I soon know if I have forgotten as my voice starts to croak. You will obviously need to find the optimum for you. Do change dose gradually as per guidelines.
Yes and if I am out and forget to take one I keep a few with me I just put one under my tongue and let it dissolve, seems to work fine. I haven't lost any weight though. I am lucky to have found an endocrinologist who gives me checkups every 6 months and believes in T3 and NDT.
levothyroxine didnt suit me and i kept putting on weight. i changed to thiroyd three years ago and once i got the dosage right (the last year) i have felt back to normal and have managed to lose over a stone in weight.
Hi there.... jumping on the post! I have been in Thiroyd for 3 weeks, felt great last few days, raised to 2 grains this morning and felt a bit ropey. How did it take you 2 years to get correct dose, and what are you on now. Thanks
