Hi everyone just got my yearly test results back, would be grateful for your comments

Was treated with RAI in 2009, for Graves' disease. I'm not on any medication for my thyroid at the moment.

Serum TSH 3.4 (0.2-4)

Serum Free T4 16.8 (10-20)

Serum thyroid peroxidase antibody 35 (<100)

You are under-medicated. Your TSH should be one or below when on thyroid hormone replacement. That's all I can tell you, without the FT3. :)

Oh, I'm sorry, didn't realise that. That would have been a good thing to mention in your question. :)

Well, is that your first thyroid test? The TSH does say that your gland is struggling, but other things could be doing that. Anyway, it wouldn't be high enough for a doctor to diagnose you.
