Hi I take 125mcg levo / 5mcg T3, I have been told no increase in meds, I am not sure why? I have been hypo for 2 years and have always felt and looked unwell on whatever dose I take.

You are under medicated. The goal of Levothyroxine and T3 is to restore the patient to euthyroid status which for most people will be when TSH is 1.0 or lower with FT4 and FT3 in the upper ranges. Email louise.roberts@thyroiduk.org.uk for a copy of the Pulse article if you would like to show it to your GP when you request a dose increase.
Thyroid antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. 100% gluten-free diet may improve symptoms and reduce antibodies.

Thanks Clutter doctor thinks I have coeliac because of low vitamins and minerals and wants to recheck my antibodies for this. I think I need to keep eating gluten in the meantime, is that correct?
