Could you please help me with my latest blood results from nhs endo.
I have attached a photo of the results with ref ranges.
My concern is Ft4 is low at 11 - but my TSH has come down from 4.89 in June to 2.16 on 27th July.
What would the mechanics have been to bring tsh down when ft4 is still 11?
I have been off thyroid hormone since January with fluctuating TSH since going up to 7.9 before coming down over the last 7 months.
Could cortisol and stress bring my tsh down?
I have been taking b12 drops optiferrin c zinc copper a Probiotoc and a vitamin drink.
My hair is falling out a lot and breaking and I'm still lacking a clear brain and good brain chemistry still missing my mojo and spark.
Vit d only went up from 59 to 69 after 2 weeks in corfu.
Iron has gone up from 13 to 18
Ferritin went from 9 to 29.
Also can anyone suggest a reason why while I was away in corfu I became incredibly heat intolerant for the first time ever - I'm half greek and no stranger to heat.
I would swear buckets within minutes of laying in the sun and my skin couldn't take the heat either struggling to tan.
I have also suffered with intolerable itching all over the past month, as well as high blood pressure and fast pulse.
What could be going on?
They do not believe it is hashis now but def some form of auto immune thyroiditis where my thyroid is now smaller than normal but without tissue damage.
My tpo is always 30 - normal range and I'm yet to have anti thyroglobulin tested.
Please do advise thank you so much

TSH >2.0 indicates the thyroid is struggling to produce sufficient hormone as evidenced by your low in range FT4.
TPOab 30 is normally below range and negative for autoimmune disease (Hashimoto's). However, it is fairly common for patients to be negative for TPOab and positive for thyroglobulin antibodies (TgAb) so you may be positive for Hashimoto's. The fluctuations in TSH are typical of Hashimoto's attacks, as is the small or atrophied thyroid gland, even though there doesn't appear to be typical Hashi's damage to the surface.
VitD is replete 75-200nmol/L and most people are comfortable around 100. You could supplement 1,000iu D3 and raise it to 2,500iu Oct-April to maintain levels.
Ferritin is optimal >100 through to half way in range. Supplement Ferrous Fumarate and take each iron tablet with 1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.

I was very sick on the levothyroxine with allergy symptoms weight gain and nausea from 75mg -100mg. Dose couldn't be regulated as either undermedicated or overmedicated. Caused acne and terrible pmt.
Feel much better off it but still not "good normal" and it's worse over winter.
