You have iron deficiency anaemia and B12 deficiency. I suggest you sort those out before changing your thyroid meds. Once you are no longer anaemic and have low B12 then and only then see if you need to change your thyroid meds.
The reason you feel terrible is because of these deficiencies once they are sorted out you may find you feel fine so you have no need to change anything else.
BTW did you have a ferritin test done? If not get one done asap preferably before taking iron supplements. It is possible that that level is not optimal as well.
Edited to say you seem to be missing blood test results. There is no FT3 in your list.
bluebug presume you meant to say high B12.
walker2037 One of the potential symptoms of being low in B12 is macrocytosis - large deformed red blood cells that are less efficient at carrying oxygen - there are numerous other symptoms as B12 is used by a lot of systems in the body. It works in tangent with B9 - folate - high folate can mask macrocytosis as it tends to keep cells smaller. Do you know what your folate levels were like?
I actually couldn't be bothered to write two nos in my sentence due to writing on a phone.
Have you checked your vitamin D levels?
My vitamin d is in the mid range. I have also gained 10 pounds in 2 weeks yet I am hypo.
